About Sharples Group

Company Profile

Established in 1977 by Bill Sharples, Sharples Group is a successful, award winning, independent office equipment company based in the North West of England.   In 2005 Bill Sharples retired from the business and two long-term employees of the company took over.

Dave Griffiths and Mark Brocklehurst now own and manage the business on Woolston Grange, near Warrington and have been responsible for maintaining its success and position as the largest independent supplier of office equipment in the area.

The business prides itself on being a quality supplier of office solutions with fast, efficient service, which is friendly and personal.  Together with a focus on honesty and professionalism the company has developed a large loyal customer base, some of whom placed their first order back in 1977.

Sharples Group is able to offer businesses, throughout the North West, advice on a range of office equipment including scanners, printers, photocopiers, multifunctional devices from suppliers such as Kodak, Ricoh, Oki, Kyocera and Toshiba.  With a team of experienced sales people backed up with a highly skilled and knowledgeable team of engineers Sharples Group provide customers with advice when buying, leasing and renting. Sharples look after the machines to ensure that they don't let their customers down.  They are fully committed to providing preventative maintenance on all the equipment provided.

Through scheduled, pro-active service calls to clean, adjust and replace parts, potential problems are anticipated before they occur.  By understanding the frustration caused by downtime and the productivity problems that can follow they are ideally located in Warrington to respond quickly and efficiently to repair equipment should a failure occur.  They now boast many satisfied customers throughout the North West who benefit from support that ensures that their equipment is operational for the optimum amount of time and causes minimum disruption to their business.
